DNS Checker ยท Last updated: February 18, 2026
DNS Checker does not collect, store, or share any personal data. This policy explains what happens when you use the app.
When you look up a domain, your device sends standard DNS queries directly to the servers you have enabled (e.g. Cloudflare, Google). These requests go from your device to the DNS server โ the app has no server of its own and never intercepts or logs them.
Your query history, custom DNS providers, and app settings are saved only on your device using iOS standard storage (UserDefaults). Nothing is uploaded to any server.
DNS Checker does not require an account. There is no analytics SDK, no advertising framework, and no tracking of any kind embedded in the app.
No third-party APIs, crash-reporting services, or analytics platforms are used. The only network traffic the app generates is the DNS queries you explicitly initiate.
The app does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be distributed with a new app release. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
