Paytask is a personal payments and task management app. Your privacy is a core principle of how Paytask is built. All data you enter stays on your device. No accounts, no servers, no cloud storage.
All payments, tasks, categories, and settings are stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Paytask has no backend servers, no remote database, and no cloud infrastructure of any kind.
Paytask does not use any analytics SDK, crash reporting service, advertising network, or behavioral tracking. We do not collect usage data, screen views, or any personal information.
Paytask offers an optional backup feature that exports your data as a JSON file to the Files app on your device. This file is not uploaded to any cloud service by Paytask. If your device syncs Files with iCloud, that is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
With your permission, Paytask schedules local notifications to remind you of upcoming payments and tasks. These are generated and delivered entirely on your device. No notification content is sent to any server.
Paytask offers optional premium features through in-app subscriptions processed entirely by Apple. Paytask never sees or stores your payment details, credit card information, or billing address.
Subscription status and entitlements are managed via RevenueCat. It may receive an anonymous, randomly generated identifier to verify your subscription. No name, email, or personal data is involved. See revenuecat.com/privacy for details.
Paytask does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since no personal data is collected at all, the app is safe for all ages.
If this privacy policy is updated, the new version will be published at the same URL with an updated date. Significant changes will also be noted in the App Store release notes.
