Emre Keleş, an independent developer (“we”, “us”), publishes apps on the Apple App Store under the developer name Emre Keles: Cloudflare Remote, Domain Manager Tool (DomainTracker), Whois Master, FORIQ, DNS Checker Pro, TetraGrid, SSL Checker+ and Ehliyet Sınavı. This policy applies to all of them and to future apps published under that name, unless a separate policy is linked from an app’s App Store page.
This page explains what information our apps collect, how it is used and how you can control it. Our apps work differently, so not every part applies to every app; the “App-Specific Details” section describes each app. For the purposes of the EU/UK GDPR, Emre Keleş is the data controller for the limited personal data described here.
In short: none of our apps require an account, most of them keep all data on your device, we never sell personal data, and payments are handled by Apple.
Settings, history, saved domains, cached results, game progress, scores, test results and favorites are stored on your device, in the app’s storage or, for sensitive values, in the iOS Keychain. They are not sent to us unless a feature described below requires it.
Some features collect limited information:
We do not collect your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, health data or browsing history, and none of our apps ask for access to your camera, microphone, contacts or photo library.
Your Cloudflare API key or token is stored in the iOS Keychain, excluded from iCloud and device backups, and sent only to Cloudflare’s API (api.cloudflare.com) over HTTPS to perform the actions you request. Account data returned by Cloudflare is cached on your device and can be cleared. We run no servers for this app. Subscriptions are handled by Apple and RevenueCat. The app contains no analytics or advertising SDKs.
The domains you add are stored using Google Firebase so their expiration dates can be monitored. WHOIS information is retrieved from WHOIS services. If you enable notifications, your push token is stored to send domain status alerts. Firebase Analytics collects anonymous usage data. Subscriptions are handled by Apple.
The domain names and IP addresses you look up are sent to public WHOIS and DNS services to return results. Any lookup history stays on your device.
Game progress, hints and settings are stored on your device. In-app purchases are handled by Apple and RevenueCat. The app shows no ads.
DNS queries go directly from your device to the DNS providers you select (for example Cloudflare or Google). We run no server for this app and never see or log your queries. History, custom providers and settings stay on your device. The app contains no analytics, crash-reporting or advertising SDKs.
TetraGrid is a free game supported by ads. It uses Google Firebase for an anonymous sign-in identifier to save progress and resume sessions, gameplay data (high score, total score) for leaderboards, and app events such as screen views, gameplay activity, locale and time zone for analytics and diagnostics. If you choose a display name, it is shown publicly on leaderboards. Ads are served by Google AdMob (see “Advertising”). If you allow notifications, a push token is stored for game reminders, updates and announcements. Purchases such as tokens and Remove Ads are handled by Apple and RevenueCat.
Domains you check are sent to our certificate-checking service, hosted on Cloudflare Workers, which reads their public certificates. Your domain list is stored on your device. If you enable expiry alerts, your push token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service) and your domain list are stored on our notification server only while alerts are on, and are removed when you turn them off. The app contains no analytics or advertising SDKs.
Answers, test results, favorites, progress and reminder settings are stored only on your device. Daily study reminders are local notifications scheduled on the device. The Premium subscription is handled by Apple. The app contains no analytics or advertising SDKs, and no data leaves the device except emails you choose to send us.
Public DNS and WHOIS services used for lookups are operated by domain registries and DNS providers under their own terms.
All purchases are made through the Apple App Store. Apple processes the payment and our apps only receive which products you are entitled to; we never receive your name, card details or Apple ID. RevenueCat keeps purchase history linked to an anonymous app user ID, not to your name or email.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Notifications are requested only when you turn on a feature that uses them. Remote notifications use a device token issued by Apple, in some apps delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging; the token is kept while notifications are enabled and removed or invalidated when you turn them off or delete the app. Ehliyet Sınavı’s reminders are scheduled locally and use no token or server.
Domain Manager Tool and TetraGrid use Firebase Analytics, which may collect an app instance ID, app events, device model, operating system version, locale, time zone and approximate region derived from your IP address. We use this information only in aggregate to fix problems and improve the apps. Our other apps contain no analytics SDKs. If you enabled “Share with App Developers” in iOS Settings, Apple may also share anonymous crash reports with us.
TetraGrid is the only app with ads, served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your IP address, device and app information and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads, limit repetition and prevent fraud. It uses your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalized ads only if you allow tracking when iOS asks; you can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Buying Remove Ads turns ads off. None of our other apps show ads or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Our apps do not set cookies themselves. Ads shown by Google AdMob in TetraGrid may use cookies or similar technologies, and SDKs such as AdMob and Firebase use identifiers stored on your device as described above.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share information only with the service providers listed above as needed for the features described, when required by law or a valid request from a public authority, to protect the rights and safety of our users, or with a new owner if an app is transferred, in which case this policy continues to apply to data already collected.
Our apps have no user accounts, so there is no account to delete. Deletion requests sent to [email protected] are handled within 30 days.
Credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain, network traffic uses encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections, and server-side data is limited to what a feature needs. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. If an incident affects your personal data, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data to provide the features you request and to handle purchases (performance of a contract), to keep our apps working and improve them through analytics and diagnostics (legitimate interest), to show personalized ads in TetraGrid (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in iOS Settings), to answer your emails (legitimate interest), and to comply with legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you may have the right to learn whether we process your data and get a copy of it, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. Most of your data never reaches us and can be deleted on your device; for anything else, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
If you live in California or another U.S. state with a consumer privacy law, you may also request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information and opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information; the only sharing for targeted ads is AdMob’s use of your advertising identifier in TetraGrid, and only if you allow tracking. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Our apps may link to services we do not operate, such as Cloudflare’s dashboard or Apple’s subscription settings. We have no control over their content or privacy practices, and we advise you to review their privacy policies.
Our apps do not address anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, let us know and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our apps or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes are effective when posted on this page. Significant changes will also be announced in app release notes.
